1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NExTZ, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. User Conduct

As a social media platform, we value free expression but maintain strict standards for community safety. You agree not to use the service to:

• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
• Harm minors in any way.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Engage in spamming, phishing, or other unsolicited advertising.

3. Content Moderation and Reporting

We are committed to maintaining a safe community. Our content moderation policies include:

• User Reporting: Any user may report content they believe violates our terms by clicking the "Report" option on any post.
• Review Process: Our moderation team reviews all reports and takes appropriate action, which may include content removal or account suspension.
• Appeal Process: Users may appeal moderation decisions by contacting our support team.
• False Reports: Submitting false or malicious reports may result in action against the reporting account.

4. Pricing and Payments

NExTZ offers various subscription tiers as outlined in our Pricing page:

• Source Available (Free): Provided "as-is" for personal use. No warranty is implied.
• Supporter ($5/mo): A voluntary donation tier. Perks such as badges and Discord roles are subject to availability and platform policies.
• Commercial License ($99/project): Grants rights for commercial usage. This is a one-time fee per project.
• Enterprise ($499/yr): Includes dedicated support and SLA guarantees.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Privacy and Security

We take your privacy and security seriously:

• Password Security: All passwords are hashed using Argon2, industry-standard encryption.
• Two-Factor Authentication: Optional 2FA is available for enhanced account security.
• Passkey Authentication: We support FIDO2/WebAuthn passkeys for passwordless login.
• End-to-End Encryption: Chat messages can be encrypted using E2E encryption, ensuring only you and your recipient can read them.
• Message Deletion: You can delete messages for yourself or for everyone (within 30 minutes of sending).
• Video Calls: WebRTC video/audio calls are encrypted and peer-to-peer when possible.

6. Intellectual Property

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site, except as allowed by Section 4, is strictly prohibited.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
